Series 3 contains material either created for or by the Pittsburgh Planning Commission for the purpose of modifying or revising subdivisions and plan of lots. Such material includes surveys, correspondence, notes, traverse sheets, aerial maps, and photographs. The series consists of 38 boxes that are arranged chronologically. Files that include photographs of the area being surveyed in the plan of lots are noted within the series.
