Scope and Contents
The Esplen Borough Records contain two volumes of minutes (1891-1906), one volume of ordinances (1891-1905), one borough council roll call book (1901-1905), and an assortment of miscellaneous loose papers arranged chronologically in 8 file folders, including a certified copy of a court decree incorporating the borough, oaths of offices, job applications and communications.
