Series 7: Housing Reports, 1958-1994 (bulk 1980-1989)

Series 7 contains reports created or received by the URA regarding housing issues, particularly as they relate to a variety of housing assistance programs managed by the URA’s Department of Housing. The Housing Department was originally a City of Pittsburgh department created by Mayor Flaherty in 1977; it was absorbed by the URA under Mayor Caliguiri in 1981.
